Hey Everyone!
Well i'm just blogging about a workout plan that i have started for this summer...i hope i get great results :)
I try to wake up every morning at 8:00 am
I go to do Aerobics from 9:00 am to 10:00 am
Run/jog/walk around the park from 10:00 am to 10:30 am
Do machine workout from 10:30 am to 11:00 am
Along with this...i have breakfast before i leave to aerobics, & have lunch at 12:00 pm & then dinner at 6:00 pm
Right now...i am not on a strict diet...i eat whatever i want...however i dont eat candy, i try to cut down on junk food and other foods high in cholesterol & calories
I started about a week ago...so i'll see how this workout plan works out for me :)

oh btw...this thing i got from Avon: Advanced Techniques Color Restorative mask...i tried it yesterday when i showered & it worked sooooo good! it left my hair very soft & it smells great! i recommend it for color treated hair :) i'll make a video to show you which one it is :)
